Su Wai Yee @ Hillary
Su Wai, also known as, Hillary, has been an entrepreneur in fashion and retail for more than 6 years. She is known to have a growth-oriented leadership style. In addition to bringing in and growing MGOU in Myanmar, she has founded
Cici, a womenswear clothing brand. She is also a director of her family-owned garment factory. She has earned her degree, B.A. in Economics, Chinese, from Swarthmore College, and is fluent in Myanmar, English, and Chinese.

Tin Tin Aung @ Tina
Tin Tin Aung, also known as Tina, has had over 10 years of experience in retail and over 7 years in management positions. She was an integral part of the team establishing the retail operations of MGOU in Myanmar. She also spearheaded the franchise stores expansion in the high-growth phase of 2018-2019, resulting in a two-fold increase in revenue and in number of stores. Tina is fluent in both Myanmar and Chinese and holds B.A in Economics from Dagon University, Yangon.

Khin Kyaw Kyaw Tun
Khin Kyaw Kyaw Tun has over 5 years’ experience in a managerial role and more than 10 years’ experience in finance and accounting. She has consistently been able to budget, forecast and manage the finances of the growing number of stores over the past 4 years. She is also responsible for initiatives to lower the internal risks, having set up the ground inventory audit procedures for our retail stores. She holds an ACCA certification and a B.A in International Relations from Yangon University.

Lei Yee Thet
Lei Yee Thet, known professionally as Lei, boasts a decade of experience in the retail and leasing sectors, complemented by her adept managerial skills. Her expertise lies in driving sales growth for existing outlets, enhancing problem-solving and leadership capabilities across departments, and contributing to the overall business expansion. Lei holds an M.Sc. in Physics and various professional certifications pertinent to her field of work. She is proficient in both her native language, Myanmar, and English.
